0. Legal Entity Disclosure
GlenvoShip is a trade name registered under Glenvo Technologies Inc. All services provided under the GlenvoShip brand are operated by Glenvo Technologies Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GlenvoShip (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our platform or services.
2. Account Creation & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or any security breaches.
- Each user account is for individual or company use only and may not be shared.
3. Shipments & Services
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and recipient information.
- Shipments containing illegal, restricted, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
- GlenvoShip passes through carrier surcharges and fees as received from the carrier. These may include fuel surcharges, residential delivery fees, and address correction charges.
- Pickup is free for Sendle. Pickup fees may apply for other carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, and are subject to change.
- GlenvoShip currently supports domestic shipping within Canada only. International shipping options are under development and will be introduced in future updates.
- Shipment tracking is provided where available. GlenvoShip does not guarantee real-time tracking or delivery updates for all carriers.
- GlenvoShip may generate shipping labels or facilitate services through third-party carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Sendle. Delivery timelines, tracking availability, and service quality may vary by carrier.
- Return addresses may be modified to optimize delivery routing, depending on carrier logistics.
- GlenvoShip does not guarantee delivery speed or real-time tracking for all shipments.
- GlenvoShip lets you ship via Sendle to offer eco-friendly shipping options. Sendle offsets the carbon footprint of every shipment, making it a 100% carbon-neutral carrier. Environmental benefits are provided directly by Sendle and are subject to their sustainability practices.
- GlenvoShip connects to these carriers through third-party APIs. These integrations allow us to retrieve rates, generate labels, and access tracking information. We are not responsible for delays or discrepancies caused by carrier systems or third-party API limitations.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All shipping fees are charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- GlenvoShip applies internal pricing logic that may include markups. These markups are not disclosed to customers and may vary by carrier, service type, or shipment characteristics.
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our billing policy and applicable law.
- Accounts with unpaid balances may be suspended until payment is received in full.
- Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their shipments.
5. Insurance & Liability
- Optional insurance coverage may be purchased for shipments. Terms depend on the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx).
- GlenvoShip is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments beyond what the carrier provides.
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific shipment.
- Users are responsible for understanding and complying with carrier-specific insurance policies.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, trademarks, and software on GlenvoShip are owned by us or our partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
7. User Conduct & Indemnification
- Users agree not to misuse the platform, violate laws, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlenvoShip from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
8. Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment of fees.
9. Privacy & Data Use
- By using GlenvoShip, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Attempt to resolve disputes via our support team first. Legal disputes will be governed by:
- Canada (including Quebec): Canadian law applies
- EU users: GDPR applies; local law governs disputes
- California/USA: CCPA/CPRA applies; applicable state law governs disputes
- Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or courts as applicable.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective when posted on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Force Majeure
- GlenvoShip is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
13. Third-Party Links & Services
- Our platform may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of these third parties.
- GlenvoShip may generate shipping labels or facilitate services through third-party carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Sendle. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or practices of these carriers.
- GlenvoShip connects to these carriers through third-party APIs. These integrations allow us to retrieve rates, generate labels, and access tracking information. We are not responsible for delays or discrepancies caused by carrier systems or third-party API limitations.
